.We have partnered with the Spa at Biltmore Village to offer first class therapeutic massage, body treatments, and deluxe packages to our guests.  Services are available in the Balsam Spa Suite, located on the second floor of the main building.  In-room services are available for an additional $15 per guest.

Balsam Range Massage – An integrative, full body massage using different
modalities that is customized for your individual needs.    $95 60 min       $130 90 min

Swedish Massage – A gentle massage using long sweeping strokes that helps to increase

Tension Tamer – This concentrated massage employs a variety of techniques to release tension in the head, neck, back, and shoulders (not a full body massage).

Sports Massage – This treatment involves stretching and targeted massage,
helping to reduce muscle tension, increase range of motion and provide relief from

Reflexology – a soothing treatment on the feet utilizing the ancient art of

Rest Wrap – While wrapped in a thermal cocoon of rich Shea butter and New
Zealand honey, enjoy the Crowning Glory scalp treatment and foot massage.

towels and a light massage using rich body butter.  Leaves skin nourished and

Waiting Wonder Package– Enjoy a day of indulgence while you wait for the golfer
in your life.  Includes a 60 minute Balsam Range Massage with custom blended
essential oils; a 30 minute Reflexology Treatment, Collagen Eye Treatment, and the
Crowning Glory scalp treatment.  Enjoy complementary champagne and chocolates

Collagen Eye Treatment -  A soothing, cooling treatment with active ingredients to firm
and tone the delicate skin around the eyes.  Relaxes lines and relieves puffiness.   $25

Vital Leg & Foot Treatment – put a spring in your step with this invigorating
massage for the calves and feet.  Includes an exfoliation, cooling gel and hot towels.

Reservation Guidelines:   24 hour advance notice is requested.  Cancellations must be received at least 6 hours prior to appointment time or the full service fee may be charged.  A fee of $15 will be added for each guest for in-room services. All prices include an 18% gratuity for the therapist.
