Promotions
Promotional rates may not be valid on some weekends, holidays, or special events. Promotions do not apply to existing reservations.

Reservations
Hotel room rates are subject to change and may vary for special events and holidays. Rates are subject to prevailing tax rates at the time of your stay. Quoted rates are based on single or double occupancy. There is no charge for children under twelve when staying in the room with parents. Additional adults are $12 per night per person. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation
Reservations arriving Sunday – Thursday must be cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled check-in day to avoid a penalty of first night’s room and tax. Reservations arriving on Friday or Saturday must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of the first night’s room and tax. Reservations made within group blocks are subject to the cancellation policy set forth in negotiated group contract.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in designated rooms in the Fairway building. A pet fee is applied for $25 per night for pets up to 25 lbs and there is a limit of two pets per room.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is for the use of registered hotel guests and members only. The pool is open during the warmer months. There is no lifeguard on duty, so children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult. No diving, running, or glass products are allowed in the pool or pool area at any time.

Smoking
The Waynesville Inn is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area will result in a $100 Room Recovery fee. Non-smoking areas specifically include your room, lobby and restaurants.

Alcohol
NC law prohibits the consumption of alcohol not sold by The Waynesville Inn anywhere on property with the exception of guest rooms and guest balconies.
