When: Tuesdays at 5 p.m. & Thursdays at 4 p.m.

This upbeat class offers a fun-filled, hip-shaking cardiovascular workout where guests and residents of Waynesville can enjoy Salsa, Samba, African, Cumbia, and Reggaeton rhythms, all while toning and sculpting their bodies. Upbeat music and lots of movement makes this class fun for all ages.
